  A bioinformatics tools created for a client that is now available for use exclusively on Skooge.com. The Calculator takes an amino acid sequence as input and calculates the following: length of polypeptide sequence, molecular weight, molecular volume, pI, frequence of amino acids, and more. A titration curve plotter is in the works for the next development cycle.
